1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UAE via QuickUp, and to GCC and International destinations via DHL and Aramex.

  • UAE: Same-Day (Dubai) and Next-Day (Other Emirates)

  • GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar (2–5 business days)

  • International: Rest of World (4–10 business days)

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

  • Other Emirates: Next-day delivery.

  • GCC: 2–5 business days (depending on customs clearance).

  • International: 4–10 business days (varies by location and customs).

3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Dubai: AED 25 Same-Day / Free Next-Day.

  • Other Emirates: Free Next-Day.

  • GCC: Starting from AED 100 for 0–1 kg (rates increase by weight).

  • International: Starting from AED 120 for 0–1 kg (rates increase by weight).

  • We offer free shipping in the UAE on orders over 600 AED.

4. Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns only in the U.A.E. within 7 days of delivery for full-priced, unworn items in their original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.

5. How do I start a return?

Email us at help@vandart.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We'll arrange a QuickUp pickup.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

7. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing or shipped.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.

Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We partner with QuickUp to ensure fast and efficient delivery across the UAE.

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): AED 25 for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

  • Next-Day Delivery (Other Emirates): Free.

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

2. GCC Shipping

We offer GCC shipping via DHL or Aramex (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar).

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (customs may extend timelines).

  • Shipping Fees: Starting from AED 100 for 0–1 kg (rates increase by weight).

  • Customs & Duties:

    • DDU (Default): Customer pays at delivery.

    • DDP (Optional): Available upon request (AED 25 or 2% of order value).

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL or Aramex, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (varies by location and customs).

  • Shipping Fees: Starting from AED 120 for 0–1 kg (rates increase by weight).

  • Customs & Duties:

    • DDU (Default): Customer pays at delivery.

    • DDP (Optional): Available upon request (AED 25 or 2% of order value).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control.
